Alfredo Cordiviola holds a degree in Letters from the University of Buenos Aires (1986), a Master of Literature Theory from UFPE (1993) and a PhD in Hispanic and Latin American Studies from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom (1998). She completed a postdoctoral degree at the University of Buenos Aires (2011-2012) and was Visiting Scholar at New York University (2016-2017). He is a Full Professor in Literary Theory and teaches at the Department of Letters and the Graduate Program in Letters of the Federal University of Pernambuco. CNPQ 1D Researcher, directs the Latin American Colonial Studies Research Group. It deals with a wide range of aspects of literature and theory, relating in particular to Latin American studies, cultural studies and utopian studies.

Associate Professor 1 of the Graduate Program in Letters, UFPE, has works in journals in Brazil and abroad (such as USP Magazine, Science & Tropics, Luso-Brazilian Review, Portuguese Studies, Voices Culture, Males Shot, Investigations and Nabuco) and dozens of essays published in books. He is the author of Luiz Marinho: the Saturday that does not fall (FCCR, 2004), Adulteries, Screens and Demons (PPGL, 2009) and Dante, poetry and its Christian form (PPGL / Editora UFPE, 2017). He collaborated with volumes 3, 4 and 5 of BIBLOS: VERBO Encyclopedia of Portuguese Language Literatures (Coimbra, 1999-2004) and is the co-author of the books The Way is Walking: 30 years of the UFPE Graduate Program in Letters ( Ed. UFPE, 2006) and Hermilo Borba Filho and the dramaturgy (FCCR, 2010). Organized the book Orley Mesquita: Prose and Verse (CEPE, 2012), Luiz Marinho Complete Theater (CEPE, 2019, 4 vol.) And Osman and Hermilo: Correspondence (CEPE, 2019). He is a member of the Inter-University Center for Camonian Studies, University of Coimbra (Portugal). Teaches Literary Theory, Portuguese Language Literatures, Literary Criticism and Brazilian Theater.

Full Professor of Linguistics at the Department of Letters of UFPE. Postdoctoral fellow in Hypertext and Digital Rhetoric (2012) from the University of Paris-VIII, France; PhD in Linguistics (2002) from the State University of Campinas, Brazil; Master in Letters from the Federal University of Pernambuco (1995). He works in the areas of Language-Education-Technologies, Semantics, Pragmatics, Philosophy of Linguistics, Text Linguistics and Epistemology. Guides master and doctoral work. It investigates the topics: Hypertext, Digital Technology, Learning, Multilanguage, Digital Rhetoric and Culture, and Teacher Education. He founded and chaired the first board of directors of the Brazilian Association of Hypertext Studies and Educational Technology (Abehte). He was the first Coordinator of the Professional Master in Letters (PROFLETRAS), Chief Researcher of the Nehte Research Group (www.ufpe.br/nehte), co-editor of Hipertextus Revista Digital (www.hipertextus.net), Curator of the Hypertext Symposium. and Technologies in Education and International Colloquium on Technology Education and Member of several Editorial Boards of academic journals in Brazil, France and Portugal. Graduated in Portuguese / Spanish Letters from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2005) and graduated in Portuguese / English Letters from the Catholic University of Pernambuco (2004). Studied the master's degree in Letters, Theory of Literature, from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2007). In this same program, he studied for a doctorate in Letters, Theory of Literature, defending the thesis on Spanish-American historical novels of the nineteenth century. She began her career as a substitute teacher of Literary Theory and Brazilian Literature. She was a teacher of Spanish Language Literatures at Paraíba State University (UEPB) and Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG), where she taught Spanish Language Literatures. Currently, as Assistant Professor at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco, she continues to teach in this area. Has experience in Literature with emphasis on productions of the American continent, in recent years especially in Spanish-American Literature. Since 2015, she has been Professor of the Graduate Program in Letters of UFPE (Federal University of Pernambuco), in the research lines of Literature, society and memory; Literature and Cultural Studies / Postcolonials; and Comparative Literature; and, since 2019, as Professor of the Postgraduate Program in Language Studies at UFRPE (Federal Rural University of Pernambuco).

Graduated in Letters from the Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL) in 2000 and PhD in Linguistics from the Graduate Program in Letters and Linguistics (PPGLL) of that university in 2004, having done a sandwich doctorate at Universidade Nova de Lisboa ( UNL) from 2003 to 2004. After completing his doctorate, in 2005 he received a recent PhD grant funded by the Alagoas State Research Support Foundation (FAPEAL) to coordinate a research project in the field of Language Acquisition. She is also post-doctorate (Senior Internship abroad / CAPES) in Linguistics from the University of Lisbon in 2016 and, in 2018, developed a research on linguistic contact at Eduardo Mondlane University / Mozambique. She is a researcher for two research groups registered with CNPq, namely: a) "Language Studies Program (PRELIN)" linked to the Graduate Program in Letters and Linguistics of the Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL) and b) "Group of Studies in Grammar Theory (GETEGRA)" linked to the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE). She is currently Associate Professor 2 of the Department of Letters of UFRPE and professor of the Graduate Program in Language Studies (PROGEL) of UFRPE and of the Graduate Program of Letters (PPGL) of the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), acting in the areas of Letters and Linguistics, with emphasis on Theory and Linguistic Analysis, focusing mainly on the fields of syntax, morphology, linguistic variation and linguistic contact.

Recently, he completed a postdoctoral course at the University of Minho (Braga, Portugal) at the Institute of Education. He works as a professor in the Department of Teaching Methods and Techniques (DMTE) at the Federal University of Pernambuco, teaching in the courses of Letters / Portuguese (Licenciatura), Pedagogia (Licenciatura). He works in two graduate programs at UFPE: the Professional Master's Program PROFLETRAS (UFPE) and the Graduate Program in Letters (PPGL). He has experience in the area of Linguistics and Applied Linguistics, with an emphasis on Teaching and Learning of the Native Language, acting mainly on the following themes: textbook, school literacy, language and literature teaching methodology, linguistic and literary education and discourse genres. She has experiences with continuing education for teachers in Early Childhood Education, Youth and Adult Education, Elementary School I and II and High School. He is currently editor-in-chief of UFPE's Journal of University Studies and columnist of the State of Art, supplement of culture, philosophy and arts of the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo. PhD in Literature Theory from the Federal University of Pernambuco, with a doctoral internship at the Universidad de Salamanca (Spain), having developed thesis, with the support of CAPES, about the current humanist critical tradition through the works of José Ortega y Gasset and Álvaro Lins He holds a master's degree (2008) in Theory of Literature by the same institution, with a dissertation on the literary and critical thinking of Peruvian writer Mario Vargas Llosa. Graduated in Journalism from UFPE (2005). He also made a Master in Philosophy at the Universidad de Salamanca (Spain). He edited and was a writer for Café Colombo, Continente and Crispim magazines, with publications on literary criticism and philosophy. He is the producer of the radio program Café Colombo, about books and ideas. She is currently Associate Professor I of the Federal University of Pernambuco, working in the presential and distance undergraduate program and in the Graduate Program in Letters of this University. She is a leader of NEPLEV (Language and Virtual Space Practice Research Center) and participates as a researcher in the GEPAD (Discourse Analysis Study and Research Group). PhD in Letters from the University of São Paulo (USP). It develops academic activities under the paradigms of the interface studies between gender, sexuality and language, of critical discourse studies and of applied linguistics to the teaching and learning of Portuguese as a mother tongue. He is currently a professor at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE), where he teaches Linguistics and Portuguese Language in undergraduate and graduate courses. In this same university, he coordinates the Center for Queer and Decolonial Studies (NuQueer). He is also a professor at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), accredited to the Postgraduate Program in Letters, where he teaches Critical Discourse Analysis. He is a member of the Brazilian Association of Linguistics, in which he directs the Commission for Diversity, Inclusion and Equality. Adjunct Professor at the Department of Letters at the Federal University of Pernambuco. He holds a doctorate in Comparative Literature from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2013), a master's degree in Theory of Literature (2007) and a BA in History (2005) from the same university. She completed a sandwich doctorate at the Université de Poitiers, France (2012), where she worked as a researcher at the Center de Recherches Latino Américaines, headquarters of the Colección Archivos. Currently, he develops a research project on Literature and History in Latin America, considering theoretical dialogues between Decolonial Perspectives, Subalternities and Post-Colonial Studies that collaborate for thinking about Literatures, Cultures and their Teaching. Participates in the research groups "SUTRA: Subalternities, Transculturalities and Decolonial Perspectives" and "Other Hispanic Literatures". Develops teaching activities related to Latin American Literature, Hispanic Culture and Teacher Education. Maria Cristina Hennes Sampaio has a postdoctoral degree in Applied Linguistics and Language Studies from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (LAEL-PUC / SP). Ergology at the University of Provence (France), and Master in Applied Linguistics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC / RS). She is an Associate Professor 4 of the Department of Letters of the Federal University of Pernambuco and a member of the Postgraduate Program Collegiate -Graduation in Letters since the second semester of 2004. He is a full member of the Research Ethics Committee of CCS / UFPE. Participates in editorial committee of national journal (Bakhtiniana? PUC / SP). Full Professor at the Department of Linguistics of the Department of Letters / UFPE, PhD in Semiotics and Linguistics at USP / Université Paris X (1999), working in the Postgraduate Programs in Letters (PPGL) and Human Rights (PPGDH), both at UFPE. She was a professor at UNICAP, UFAL and PUCSP, where she taught Linguistic Theories, Discourse Analysis, Applied Linguistics and Research Methodology. He has coordinated national projects on language teaching (MEC / IFES), and has provided consultancy services to Departments of Education in several states. Coordinated international cooperation agreements in the areas of Linguistics (University of Coimbra and MEC / Embassy of France in Brazil) and Arts (The Brazilian Endowment for the Arts / NY / USA). He was part of the Course Evaluators Bank of INEp / MEC. The experience in university management was acquired as coordinator of undergraduate, postgraduate, department head, director of supplementary body and elected director of the Center for Arts and Communication of UFPE. The experience as a postgraduate researcher and advisor began in the early 1990s. Areas of practice and orientation: Discourse Analysis and Human Rights. From 2006 to 2018 he was part of the faculty of the Portuguese Language Course / EAD. Currently, in addition to the activities developed at UFPE, he is a member of the Board of the Language and Law Association (ALIDI), for the 2016-2018 biennium; and the Brazilian Association of Legal Sociology (ABraSD), for the 2018-2010 biennium. He was a founding member of the Latin American and Caribbean Network on Human Rights Education, which is currently headquartered at UFPE, and from March 2017, returned to the Joaquim Nabuco Foundation's Funicular Forum. She is especially interested in transdisciplinary themes and areas that address the relationships between Discourse, Human Rights and the Arts.

Philosopher and historian of ideas, Oussama Naouar is an adjunct professor in the Department of Letters at UFPE. He conducts research in Literature and Education: at the crossroads of the history of educational ideas and literary studies. His work focuses on the reception and travel of ideas, representations and texts, especially the issue of influences involved in the construction of the imaginary. He also works with the issue of epistemological relations between literary fiction and reality, as well as the functions of literature from the perspective of moral perfectionism. He is a research professor at PPGL-UFPE, he is a full-time researcher at the EA-Education Cultures et Politiques laboratory (EA 4571 Lyon2-ENS-Ifé), and is also a member of the ISCHE Permanent Working Group (SWG). Yuri Caribé has been an Assistant Professor at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) since 2015, where she teaches English Language Literatures and the discipline of Translation Studies in undergraduate Letters courses. He also works in the Postgraduate Program in Letters of that IES as a teacher and advisor of the Master's degree in the area of Concentration Literary Theory. He holds a PhD in Letters from USP (2014), with a title obtained from the Program for Linguistic and Literary Studies in English, Translation subarea. Graduated in English Letters (undergraduate) from the State University of Piauí in 2002 and completed a master's degree in Communication and Semiotics from PUC / SP in 2007. Acted as a teacher of the subjects of Theory and Practice of Translation (literary and technical) and Literatures of English language at colleges and universities of São Paulo (SP, Brazil) from 2007 to 2015. Has experience as a literary and technical translator (2000 to 2014). He has published articles, conference proceedings and book chapters on the following subjects: Literary and Film Adaptation, Literary Translation, English Language Literatures, Queer Literature and Orality Studies, his main areas of interest and research.
